*This case included a Robinson hearing against the experts on the Hutchison side of the matter. This motion failed to quash any of our experts' testimony whereas a counter Robinson motion was successful against several experts from the other side.

**This case included (3/31/2003) a Robinson style Motion to Quash Testimony regarding a Two Week Span from the Date Of Loss to the Investigation and a Rekindle by the Defense (Scott Cummings) before Judge Evans and D. R. Horton (our client's side and my testimonial acceptability) prevailed.

A very few early testimonials may not be on this list as prior employers did not maintain this information. Attorney/Law Firm Information was also not kept initially. This list encompasses all recalled testimonials and for the period 1994 to present, is believed to be accurate and complete in that regard.

Experience Wins.
