Premier Claims Investigations, Inc. principal, Michael Chaney, CFI - IAAI, has been providing Texas Department of Insurance approved CE courses for two decades. NFPA 921 - Guide for Fire and Explosion Investigation

Mr. Chaney supports the techniques of NFPA 921 and believes, "every insurance claims professional dealing with fire claims, and of course ALL insurance claims attorneys, MUST have a current copy of NFPA 921." You can order it through the NFPA website.
